The new development will comprise of four, three bedroom villas for mid-long term lease. The Spanish architectural style of the villas will be designed with significantly more usable living area totaling 230 square meters. The development will offer shared facilities including a swimming pool and a small gym.
The selected construction company is the Chinese Railway Jianchang Engineering Co. (T) Ltd as the main contractor and Insight Construction Limited as the sub-contractor. Scheduled ground breaking is set for March 1st 2011 with a completion date of 31st December 2011.
